This Privacy Policy describes how Camerio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with your use of our mobile application, Camerio (the "App").

We only collect information that is necessary for the proper functioning of the App and to provide you with the services you use.

A. Information from Google Sign-In:When you sign in to our App using your Google account, we collect the following information from Google as provided to us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile picture

B. User-Generated Content:When you use the App, you may upload photos and other content to create "Capsuls". This content is stored on our backend service, Supabase, in a secure storage bucket. We may perform technical transformations on these images, such as resizing or formatting, to optimize them for viewing in the App.

C. Non-Sensitive Information:We do not collect or store any sensitive personal information, such as your credit card details, physical address, or health information.

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your user account.
• To enable you to create, share, and manage photo Capsuls.
• To display your name and profile picture to other users within shared Capsuls.
• To communicate with you regarding your account, updates to the App, or your data deletion requests.
• To provide and improve our services, including optimizing image delivery and app performance.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. However, your information may be shared in the following ways:

• With Other Users: When you participate in a shared Capsul, your name and profile picture will be visible to other members of that Capsul.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services like Supabase to host our backend, store images, and manage user accounts. These services are bound by their own privacy policies.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. To do so, please send an email to chumberjosh@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request promptly and delete your account and all your images and data from our systems.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
