By using the Camerio mobile application ("the App") and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.

The App is a shared photo gallery where you can create event-based photo albums called "Capsuls" with your friends. By using our App, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms.

• To access the App, you must sign in using your Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during the sign-in process and to keep your account information updated.

• You are solely responsible for the photos and other content you upload to the App.
• You retain all rights to your content, but by uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.
• You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

You can request to have your account and all of your data deleted at any time. To do so, please send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to: chumberjosh@gmail.com

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Interfere with the security-related features of the App.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

The App itself and all its content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of the App's owner.

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We will not be liable for any damages that may arise from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
